We strive to protect the environment by using sustainable dyeing methods.

To give color to our garments we employ natural dyes derived from plants infusions or certified low impact dyes.

Natural dyeing is an ancestral tecnique wisely preserved in Mayan culture.

To dye the threads or fabrics with plant extracts we collect plantas tintoreas from our natural sorroundings: logwood barks, palo de vida, fustic or palo amarillo, sacatinta leaves, chilca, pericon flowers, coconut husks, avocado pits and barks, indigo or añil leaves.

Nature is a vast and amazing container of dyeing sources.

We love and encourage this work, and are happy to connect with natural dyers around the world ♡
